Shipping
Products ship FOB Factory and we offer UPS and USPS for domestic
shipping; for international we offer Global Express Mail and Parcel
Post. We do not ship to all countries, please email us with your
location.

Order Status
- Pending status: Online orders will be listed as pending
until payment notification is received from Paypal. If paying by
check or money order, it will be in Pending until the payment clears.
- Paid status: Payment was received and product is in process
of being shipped.
- Shipped status: You will receive shipping notification
and the status will be updated on shipment.
